What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your silicone lunch box, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to discuss. Note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on used items. We do not cover costs for return postage.
