Once the tracking number is sent out we DO NOT issue refunds, so please make sure you choose your products carefully. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and Returns                                                                         

Unfortunately we do not issue Refunds however we do issue exchanges or a store credit providing your product is returned to us and we have evaluated the situation. Please contact us as you will require a Return Authorisation number.
